Yes. Every watch comes with our ChronoTrust Authenticity Guarantee. If a watch is ever found to be not authentic, we refund you — period. Factory warranties apply only if the watch still has valid manufacturer coverage.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank wire, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and financing partners at checkout. For high-value purchases, bank wire is preferred.
Every watch ships fully insured, signature-required, and tracked. Packaging is secure and discreet. We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on value and destination.
Yes. We ship to most countries. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Tell us the exact model you want. We check our network, confirm availability, give you pricing, and secure the watch. A deposit may be required for rare or high-demand models. Once sourced, the watch goes through full authentication before it reaches you.
Sales tax is charged where legally required, based on your shipping address. For most U.S. states, the platform will calculate it automatically at checkout.
In-stock watches ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears. Sourced watches ship immediately after they arrive and pass authentication.
Yes. We offer financing through approved partners at checkout. Options may include pay-over-time and interest-based plans depending on your credit.
